There’s an insane amount of toppings for your bratwurst (like apple cider sauerkraut!) along with local and German beers.
Larch Pasta
Our favorite meal in Leavenworth Washington was Larch Pasta. We started with cocktails and warm focaccia bread with spiced tomato oil. Then moved onto dinner with the most amazing pastas. Highly recommend this spot – just make sure to make a reservation as it gets busy!

The best ice cream in Leavenworth can be found at Whistlepunk Ice Cream Co! Located right downtown, this is a popular spot. Grab a cone as you wander around the town! The pistachio was AMAZING.

Rhein Haus is said to have the best pretzel in Leavenworth, and I must say it was great! This outdoor beer garden overlooks downtown Leavenworth and is full of fire tables and heaters in the fall. Pull up a chair and grab a beer at this awesome spot!

One of the most authentic, if not THE most authentic Bavarian restaurant in Leavenworth is Andreas Keller. It’s located in a basement on the main street that runs through the old town and feels like you’ve been transported to Munich! Make sure to try the famous wiener schnitzel!
Argonaut Coffee & Biscuits
Stop by Argonaut Coffee & Biscuits for locally made biscuits and roasted coffee. It’s a local favorite! We loved the breakfast sandwich made with their biscuits – so good!
Icicle Brewing Company
It’s a must to try a local brew when in Leavenworth! Sit on the outdoor patio or warm up inside. There’s also a seasonal menu of sharables available, along with non-alcoholic options. We loved the vibe in here!
